Wiki this mister

Bradley Manning was arrested in May of 2010. He wasn't arraigned until February of 2012.
So much for a "speedy" trial.  There must be different rules for military personnel (property), aka UCMJ.
Beware whistleblowers, the Empire is a pissy bitch.
